Online merchandise is fulfilled through Shopify and our production partners. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Made-to-order items require production time before shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address problems or peak seasons.
Because printed merchandise is made to order, change-of-mind returns may be limited. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact Cliff’s Café promptly with your order number and clear photos so the fulfillment issue can be reviewed.
Do not mail an item to the café without contacting us first. Product-specific terms shown during Shopify checkout also apply.
The website collects information you choose to submit, such as event inquiry contact details and newsletter email addresses. We use it to respond to requests, provide requested updates and operate the site. Online merchandise checkout and payment information are processed by Shopify and its payment providers.
We do not sell submitted contact information. Reasonable service, security and legal providers may process data only as needed to operate the site and business.
Menu items, merchandise availability, pricing, event details and operating hours may change. The live Clover ordering menu and Shopify checkout provide the controlling availability and transaction details at the time of purchase.
Website materials, branding and merchandise artwork belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
